JakartaTimes is a high quality magazine style Joomla 1.5 template. Since it follows a magazine style layout you’ll need to have a good chunk of content for the site, but if you’ve got the content then this is a great way to lay it out.

We’re big fans of PJ Enchanted. This is one of the nicer free templates that we’ve seen out there. A solid color scheme, clean design and easy navigation layout.
