We’re big fans of PJ Enchanted. This is one of the nicer free templates that we’ve seen out there. A solid color scheme, clean design and easy navigation layout.
The template is also XHTML & CSS verified and has multiple module position choices for additional customization.

The RedBerry template was built for Joomla 1.5 features a vibrant red color scheme and rounded corners making it one of few, bright and clean free templates out there.
Replace the main berry image and the template could be used for just about anything…
